‘Gailey most recently served as the offensive coordinator for Kansas City, who relieved him of his duties before the start of the season.’

‘I can guarantee you one of the things that the Bills loved was Gailey’s attitude about how you can win without stars in the NFL. In fact, that’s the kind of team he prefers. More than once in his career, he’s told coaches he worked with: "You can win the World Series without Babe Ruth.” In Buffalo, he’s going to get that chance.’

‘The team scheduled an afternoon news conference but did not say why. Three people familiar with the decision told The Associated Press that Gailey would be introduced then. They spoke on condition of anonymity because the team had yet to announce the move.’

‘Broncos coach Josh McDaniels has formally asked permission from the Buffalo Bills to interview their running game coordinator/running backs coach Eric Studesville.’

‘The Buffalo Bills secretly interviewed long-time coach Chan Gailey last week and a source close to Gailey said the coach is slated to meet with owner Ralph Wilson and GM Buddy Nix sometime again Monday, FOXSports.com has learned. As long as talks don’t break down, Gailey is expected to be hired as the Bills head coach within the next 24-48 hours.’

‘”We’ve had too many guys in there,” said Butler. “It’s been unfortunate. There were times we had so many guys in there that we didn’t have enough tables in the training room for everyone to do their rehab. It was that type of year in terms of number of injuries.”‘

‘So for now, Frazier looks like the only viable candidate. He is highly regarded around the NFL and has had several interviews with NFL teams for head coaching jobs. Casserly said Saturday that former Colts head coach Tony Dungy would have hired Frazier as head coach instead of Pete Carroll if Dungy had accepted the Seattle Seahawks’ offer to become their president.’
