‘While with the Bills, Aiken said he developed an appreciation for special teams in working with coaches such as Danny Smith, who is now with the Redskins, and current Bills assistant head coach/special teams coach Bobby April. “They put special teams first,” Aiken said. “Some days, we did nothing but a special teams practice.”’
