T.O. deal gets mayor’s stamp of approval
‘The fans wanted to see some out-of-the-box thinking. They wanted to see some real creativity and some real aggressiveness in the free-agent market. That’s what the Bills have done. Lynch sees suspension on the way
‘”I’ve never been a real big vocal guy to come out and speak on the things I do positively or negatively, but like I said, it’s time for a change for me. ‘Thomas started the first nine games of last season at middle linebacker for the Kansas City Chiefs. He was a backup the rest of the season. However, he’s probably better suited to an outside position than middle linebacker. Thomas, a 6-foot-1, 237-pounder, was a solid special teams player for the Chiefs.’
