Lancaster pedestrian killed, Bills fan charged with DWI

‘A 51-year-old Lancaster man walking in his neighborhood was struck and killed late Sunday afternoon, and Lancaster police later filed a DWI charge against an Amherst man who was driving home from the Buffalo Bills game.’
