‘During training camp Buggs mainly played on the strong side behind Angelo Crowell and Keith Ellison. So the replacement for DiGiorgio’s spot at middle linebacker behind starter Paul Posluszny is a bit unclear at this time.’

‘If the defenders want a break, they need to begin exerting their will on rushing plays, especially regarding the line’s interior, while also avoiding sluggishness while attempting to defend timing passes. They did come up big when needed this past Sunday, and as always the win is what’s important, but important victories will be easier to come by when this defense starts thinking of each third down as a chance to make its own offense get back to work. Their teammates won’t mind.’
