That’s just not the direction of the league, which is the need to find the young superstar and to ride him for 10-12 years as an organization. It’s almost like every time you’re in those situations, everybody is looking for everything you do wrong and everything they do right so that you can be replaced. I don’t want to say people are looking for you to fail, but they really want the other guy to succeed more than you.”‘
