‘”I like being down there,” he said. “I like looking guys in the eye, talking to them communicating face to face and not over the phone. You get a better feel for the game I think being down there as opposed to being up in the box.”‘

Week 1: Bills vs. Seahawks
‘Bills 17, Seahawks 13.’
It’s Open Season for the Offense
‘The Bills will rely on their offensive potential to try to make the playoffs for the first time since the 1999 season, when Tennessee stunned Buffalo in the first round with the Music City Miracle.’
Bills Will Challenge
‘I have them at 9-7, staying in the hunt for the wild card all season long. But in the AFC, that might leave them one game short.’
Three things that should make the Bills worry
‘Of course, Buffalo isn’t unique in heading into a season with some troubles, but issues concerning two types of receiver and one type of defense hang over the franchise now as they have since the offseason began. In variously respective levels, the steps the organization has taken to attempt to repair the fractures haven’t entirely ease worried minds.’

Neill snaps into place
‘”I’m really much further along than when I first got here,” Neill said. “Last year, I trusted that I could snap well but was worried about everything – the wind, was it going to rain or just being in the big game. But I’m a lot more comfortable. I thought I had a real good preseason and offseason, and hopefully I can have a good regular season so Brian and Rian can do their thing.”‘
Corto living a dream with Bills
‘"I told the coaches after two days of playing linebacker I felt even more comfortable playing that position than I did safety," said Corto, who at six feet and 208 pounds is vastly undersized for the position. "It’s just more of a natural position for me and I like being more aggressive as a player and it kind of suits the way I play a little better. When I was approached by coach (Perry) Fewell to make the switch, I was kind of glad, to be honest with you.”’
