‘Right away you can tell there’s a quicker pace here at camp to the spring workouts. Everything is rapid fire going over things in the classroom. Everything is fast. ‘”I think it will take care of itself,” said Bills guard Derrick Dockery, who plays next to Peters. “If you let it become a distraction, it will be. I look at it as an opportunity for the guys who are here to perfect their game and to get reps they wouldn’t normally get if Jason was here.”‘

‘”We’re excited,” said defensive end Chris Kelsay, a comment that first became audible during organized team activities in May and June and has been ratcheted up now that strong safety Donte Whitner has gone on record guaranteeing a playoff appearance.’
Peters, McKelvin no-shows at Bills camp
‘”You never say never, we have conversations with our guys all the time,” Brandon said. “We have a proven track record with trying to get guys done and extending guys out. We’ve done it already with Kyle (Williams) and (Brad) Butler; we did it with (Aaron) Schobel and (Terrence) McGee in the past.”‘
Buffalo Bills’ Lynch, his fans ready to move on
‘”There are a lot of us out here with his jersey number, and how he handles this will really have an impact on everybody, especially the younger kids,” said Lynch fan Patrick Hurley, 43, of Syracuse.’
Evans sees progress on extension
‘”There has been some dialogue back and forth and that is certainly good news,” said Evans. “We are moving in the right direction on that so hopefully we can get a deal done. Last time there was some stuff out there, but there wasn’t a lot of dialogue. So there definitely has been some progress.”‘
Chambers Steps Up
‘"Everyone understands the situation," said Cahmbers, "and it’s just go and let’s get ready for the season. Things will eventually iron out and we’ll see what happens. Right now you just focus on the next play and focus on who I have to block and how I have to block them."’
