Levy’s first delve into free agency was uninspiring
‘When Levy enters free agency for the second time this March, he can apply lessons learned from last year into this one. His success, though, may depend on owner Ralph Wilson’s willingness to open up his checkbook and give big-time signing bonuses to various free agents. If the 88-year-old isn’t ready to dole out large amounts, it’s hard to imagine Buffalo will vastly improve from its 7-9 mark of 2006.’
