Bills ready to saddle up, start preseason
‘"It’ll be more than a quarter," Mularkey said. "As much experience as he can get will obviously be a positive. The Green Bay scrimmage obviously helped. Every snap that he’s had, whether it’s been in mop-up duty or in these preseason games, is a learning experience. He’ll get something out of each one of them, and I think he has. We’ll make sure he gets enough to get comfortable once he gets going into the season."’

‘Kelly first hooked up with Cicci in October 2002 in a move to make the team more marketable to sponsors. Cicci said Kelly is very supportive despite the recent loss of his 8-year-old son Hunter, who suffered from Krabbe disease, an inherited degenerative disorder of the central and peripheral nervous systems. “He goes to every race he can, but he’s had to deal with the situation with Hunter,” Cicci said. “There was a lot of care that had to be given to Hunter, and it was a big responsibility for his wife, so he had to stay back and help her a lot of the time. He’s a very good family man.”‘
