Still, Moulds fears a number of people will lose their property. “It’s a tough situation because you never know what’s going to happen,” Moulds said. “So many things happen with roofs and things like that, and so much rain and so much wind, it tears up your city. So it’s hard to rebuild. My prayers go out to the people down there because I know how tough it is to get through a hurricane.”‘
