‘For Buffalo, all eyes will be on second-year starting quarterback J.P. Losman, who is expected to take the reins of the offense this season. Losman, a first- round draft pick out of Tulane in 2005, has just five regular season pass attempts to his credit as an NFL player. Losman is likely to play at least the first quarter before yielding to backups Kelly Holcomb and Shane Matthews. Holcomb, the former starting QB in Cleveland, will be suiting up as a Buffalo Bill for the first time. The quarterbacks will not have second-round draft choice Roscoe Parrish at their disposal on Saturday, as Parrish is nursing a sore hand. Elsewhere on offense, Buffalo will be unveiling a new left side of the line, with former Bear Mike Gandy taking over at tackle and former Raven Bennie Anderson playing the guard slot.’
