Buffalo All-High Stadium Receives Grant
‘The NFL Grassroots Program, a partnership between the NFL Youth Football Fund and Local Initiatives Support Corporation, joined with the Buffalo Bills to award a $200,000 grant to the Buffalo Public Schools. The donation supplements the cost of adding a new synthetic field and track to All-High Stadium, a $1.1million project slated for Phase II of the state-funded Buffalo Public Schools Reconstruction Program.’
Bills training camp kicks off July 30
‘In addition to the opening night practice, the Bills will hold three other 7 p.m. practices during training camp with two open to the public. The night practice of Wednesday, Aug. 10, will be open exclusively to premium seat holders. The other night practices will be Monday, Aug. 15, and Monday, Aug. 22. Ticket procedures for the night practices will be announced.’
Bills will keep lights on
‘”I think players enjoy practicing under the lights,” Mularkey said previously. “I know we’ve always gotten productive practices at night. A couple of them will be to recover from preseason games, even if it’s just a three- or four-hour difference it’s more time to rest so we get better production.”‘

‘”We are just trying to find a guy out of this tryout,” Pro Personnel Assistant Rob Hanrahan said. “For whatever reason, sometimes everyone in the league misses a player, and we try to do everything possible to not miss anyone. So this tryout is a way to see a lot of the players up close. This tryout gives the decision makers in our organization a chance to see each player work out in person, which is important in the long run”.’
