"If I can’t get a disagreement reconciled as a mediator between scouts I’ll hold the grade on the player and we’ll go onto somebody else and then come back to it. There are some egos involved because you’re in a business that’s based on your opinion. You have a conviction about something and you won’t let it go because you think it’s right."’
