‘"I got my first job at a little 500-watt (station) in Dunkirk," Miller said. "They had this guy doing basketball who was so bad that I went in to see the station manager and I told him you need a play-by-play guy. He said ‘well you’ve never done it before Miller.’ And I says to him, ‘sure I have.’ So he has me go into the studio and make up a game.
