‘The Bills announced today that the team has signed WR Drew Haddad to its practice squad.’

‘Coach Jay Sirianni of Southwestern Central High School has been named the Buffalo Bills high school football “Coach of the Week” for the tenth weekend of the 2004 season (November 6-7).’

‘Bill Belichick holds a 7-3 career record against Buffalo, including a 7-2 record as head coach of the Patriots.’

‘Drew Bledsoe had great pocket awareness this week. His performance really stood out to me. I thought he scrambled well and ducked around the pass rush. He wasn’t doing that so much in the beginning of the season but he’s really started to come on strong these past few games. I liked how he saw that he had room to run on some of the plays and he took it. That was something I haven’t seen him do much in the past, but very impressive nonetheless.’

The Bills handed off to Greer on a reverse, and the gentlemen was swarmed under by Jets defenders, who dropped him for a loss: He might as well have handed out cards that said, “I have come in to run a trick play.”

‘I’m not totally convinced the Bills are contenders instead of pretenders at this point – but one way to win me over is simple: win on the road. Sunday would be a good start down that road.’

Sunday, Dillon will be back, and the Patriots will be at home. That’s an awfully tough mountain for the Bills to climb.’

‘McGahee has three starts, and the Bills are 3-0 in those starts, with the former Miami U star rushing for over 100 yards in each game. It’s not the only reason the Bills won those three games; the defense is playing better and the special teams have been superb. But it’s pretty obvious how the emergence of #21 changes things.’
