‘In all, 14 NFL teams have between four and six wins (only the 8-0 Chiefs have more than that) and only five AFC teams have more wins than the Bills.’

‘The car maker will also receive marketing exposure in parking lots surrounding the stadium with each lot bearing the name of a different Toyota vehicle and Toyota brands will be identified on all parking passes for each area.’

‘The Bills announced that the team has reached a multi-year agreement with Toyota that makes the company the official car and truck of the Buffalo Bills.’

‘Still, it’s worth noting that Kansas City was also 8-8 last year and the only significant changes from 2002 are the addition of three defensive starters: end Vonnie Holliday (Green Bay), linebacker Shawn Barber (Philadelphia) and cornerback Dexter McCleon (St. Louis). That trio hardly compares to the Bills’ off-season signings … especially Spikes, Milloy and Adams.’

‘The Bills have not played to their potential for much of the season. The Bills have a very good game against Washington and an uninspiring overtime victory over Cincinnati to show for the last six weeks. Players haven’t seemed to completely embrace his approach, which might explain why the Bills often seem as if they’re going in different directions, especially when they get behind. Buffalo’s latest effort might have been the ugliest.’

‘It’s not going to get any better with Williams and Gilbride. The old poker player has to realize he’s holding a bad pair. Time for Donahoe to throw in his hand.’

‘With eight games to play, there is time to salvage the season but the challenge is daunting. Buffalo’s final eight opponents are a combined 34-23.’

‘Hey, fans and media can’t feel foolish for believing this team was playoff worthy. Some of the biggest names in the national media picked them to win the Super Bowl. I mean, three years into the Tom Donahoe-Gregg Williams Era, and the dots were starting to connect. How did we know that once you connected all those dots, the image formed would be of a guy wrapping his fingers around his throat?’

‘Never mind Dallas’ suspect record. Ponder this: The coaching matchup is Bill Parcells vs. Gregg Williams.’

‘The Bills have come unglued in every phase, especially on the road where they have now been outscored 85-15 in their last three games away from Ralph Wilson Stadium – at Miami, at the Jets and at Kansas City.’

‘As for head coach Gregg Williams, he did not have this team ready to play, plain and simple.’

‘LT Jonas Jennings left the Kansas City game with a hip injury. X-rays taken at Arrowhead Stadium were negative and it is believed that Jennings will be OK to play in Dallas Nov. 9, Buffalo’s next game.’

‘Here’s another stat to chew on: Bledsoe is 2-15 on the road against teams that finished the season with a winning record since 1998. It may not be all his fault, but Bledsoe certainly doesn’t lead his team to many big victories on the road.’
