Assistant Head Coach Dick LeBeau
Dick LeBeau Joined the Bills staff as Assistant Head Coach on March 10, 2003. The '03 season will mark the 45th in the NFL for LeBeau, who played 14 years as a defensive back and has been a coach in the league for the last 30. Most recently, he spent the last three seasons as the head coach of the Cincinnati Bengals.

Bills Alumni Spotlight: Billy Shaw
If Billy Shaw hadn’t been a little stubborn, he may have ended up playing in the NFL with a star on his helmet instead of becoming a star in the AFL with the Bills. An All-American offensive tackle at Georgia Tech where he also played defensive end, Shaw didn’t appreciate Dallas’ plan to select him in the 1961 NFL draft and move him to linebacker.
