The Bills today announced that the team has signed two free agents DE Andrew Bowers and DB Kenneth Harris. Bowers (6-5, 297), a two-year starter out of Utah, originally signed with the Arizona Cardinals as an undrafted free agent (2001). Harris, a 5-11, 205-pound defensive back out of Northern Iowa University, is originally from Buffalo and a graduate of St. Joseph Collegiate Institute, where he played both running back and defensive back.

LeBeau to visit Bills over potential job offer
‘Former Cincinnati Bengals coach Dick LeBeau was scheduled to visit the Buffalo Bills on Tuesday to discuss the team’s offer to join their defensive staff.’
2003 Buffalo Bills in the NFL Europe League
The NFL Europe League training camp kicks off in February and runs to the end of March.
Five of the six Bills players allocated have been assiged to a NFL Europe team.
Bills sign cornerback Turner
‘Turner, who was out of football last season, appeared in 51 games with the Chargers mostly as a special-teams player before he was released last August. Previously, he appeared in 41 games over three seasons with Washington.’
Bills Sign CB Scott Turner
Turner (5-10, 180) was originally drafted by the Washington Redskins in the seventh-round (226th overall) of the 1995 Draft out of Illinois. He played in 41 games over three seasons with Washington before being released and claimed off of waivers by the San Diego Chargers in 1998. In his four years in San Diego, Turner appeared in 51 games (4 starts) contributing 23 tackles and two interceptions.

Vinklarek was on the same Bills staff as former Blue Raider defensive coordinator Miles Aldridge.’
