Celebration of life
‘Each day Hunter displays strength and courage, not against blitzing defenses but against cancerous cells poisoning his tiny frame. Hunter has surpassed a life expectancy of 14 months by toughing-out more than 15 bouts of life-threatening pneumonia. Hunter battles every day — not for extra yardage or six points, simply for one more day.’

‘”He’s been in and out of hospitals all his life, and he continues to battle,” Kelly said. “Ever since I was selected, I’ve prayed every single day and night that Hunter could be there to see it.”‘
Bledsoe's Making The Difference
If you've ever had the opportunity to see or speak to Drew Bledsoe it is apparent that he is a man who possesses charisma, is down-to-earth, and is as friendly as the next guy, regardless of his "superstar" persona. This is not an act for the fans or media. This is Drew Bledsoe. This is how he was raised. This is a credit to his parents.

Kelly Leading Drive Against Krabbes Disease
‘"Jim always wanted a son, and when Hunter was first diagnosed with cerebral palsy, that just crushed Jim," Hull said. "But cerebral palsy isn’t terminal. Then, when they figured out it was Krabbes–which is terminal–I saw Jim shift gears. Jim’s a fighter, and so, obviously, is Hunter. "Jim immediately took over and said, ‘I can’t do anything to help my son. But I’m going to make damn sure that I do something to help make sure another parent doesn’t have to go through this.’ "’
Seats still available for Hall ceremony
‘Although all reserved seats have been sold, more than 9,000 free general admission seats will be available Saturday morning at the stadium on a first-come, first-serve basis.’
Motivation Centers around contending
‘"Everything is done. I’m a Bill. If everything goes as planned, I’ll finish as a Bill," he said. "It makes me feel good. It’s a quality organization and an organization that’s respected throughout the league. What more can I ask for in the twilight of my career?" How about a Super Bowl?’

Kelly’s approach made him a Hall of a player
‘"Jim truly didn’t care about his individual stats. He cared about how many wins the Buffalo Bills had instead of how many touchdown passes Jim Kelly had. He measured his success by the team’s success, which is why, more often than not, he would audible to a run rather than a pass. That told you where his focus was. It was on the team."’
