The Bills 2002 regular season home schedule includes out-of-division games with the Chicago Bears, Oakland Raiders, Detroit Lions, San Diego Chargers and Cincinnati Bengals as well as important AFC East dates with the Jets, Patriots, and Dolphins. The team will also host Cincinnati and Minnesota in the preseason.

The Buffalo Bills and Gatorade have joined forces for the third consecutive year to bring the Bills Gatorade Junior Training Camps to area youth organizations. This year, ten youth programs, comprised of various Boys and Girls Clubs and YMCA's from the Buffalo area, will be visited by the colorful Bills Gatorade Junior Training Camp truck; approximately 700 youth are to participate.
