Concerns rise with every Bills loss
‘"There always have to be concerns about the long-term prognosis of the Bills being here," Erie County Executive Joel Giambra said. "(Bills owner) Ralph Wilson has said many, many times that his biggest concern here is the economy. And obviously the economy is not doing very well. So obviously, I’m sure he’s concerned. And I think that means that we all should be concerned about the future of the franchise."’
