‘Better sportsmanship will be emphasized, and the officials will be the police. If a player taunts, the referee will march off a 15-yard penalty. Sack dances, spikes, home run swings, incredible hulk type motions, ball spinning and military salutes aimed at opponents or benches will result in 15-yard penalties.’

Right now, McGee (agent from Peerless Price) and Jim Overdorf, the Bills’ contract negotiator, are currently working on a deal to sign Henry. "Contracts are all about timing and patience," McGee says. "Like with Travis Henry, I want to get something done; it’s just difficult at this time."
