Retread coaches wearing thin in NFL
"Empowerment is powerful," said Buffalo’s Williams. "You have to be able to deal with the players with a hands-on approach. That’s always been my way. I have to be tough enough, but you also don’t want them scared when they see you in the halls."
Williams had a great rapport with the players in Tennessee when he was the Titans’ defensive coordinator. They hated his constant yelling, but they came to respect him. He should make a good head coach.
